Testimonials

Outstanding workmanship and attention to detail. The team understood exactly what I needed and delivered a setup that looks great and works perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the result.

From the initial design through to the finished build, the whole process was easy and professional. The quality is excellent, and the storage and layout are exactly what I was after for touring.

Absolutely impressed with the build quality and service. Everything feels solid, practical, and purpose-built for our off-road trips. The team went above and beyond to get the details right.

I am thoroughly impressed with Jai’s workmanship with my Tray and Canopy package. I get many compliments with them from many different people. He went over and above with its manufacture incorporating many useful add ons some not even asked for. I would recommend Jai and his team to any one wanting a first class job on either tray or canopy.

I had the pleasure of utilizing Custom Concepts recently for the supply of a Tray for my Superduty. It was strange to deal with a company (headed by Jai Ward) that was firstly honest and paid attention to detail. Any problems that arose were dealt with swiftly without any dramas and nothing was a problem. I would thoroughly recommend Custom Concepts to anyone.
